Shipping & Delivery Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
After you place an order it will be emailed to our suppliers for delivery. Your order will be input into the suppliers process system, then be pulled by their shipping department and finally shipped. Depending on supplier this process can take 7 to 28 days or longer.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY COSTS
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. 
Ground service, 2nd day air service or overnight service. Each will have a cost associated with it and will allow you to select your preferred method. That amount will be added to you check out invoice.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed are processed depending on the suppliers back log.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O. BOXES
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or ship Internationally.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
